Bio
Phil Herro was named Director of Athletics in February of 2026 with the departure of Athletic Director Joe Pavlow. Herro had been the Assistant Athletic Director at RVCC since October 2023. He also served as the head women's volleyball and head women's basketball coach since 2015. Prior to taking over those programs, Herro spent the previous four seasons as the men's basketball assistant coach under Kevin Ryan.
Herro resides in Bound Brook, NJ.
