Bio
Kait Snyder will begin her first season at RVCC as the Head Softball Coach in the Spring of 2026. Snyder comes with over 20 years of playing experience, including at the high school, travel, and collegiate club softball levels. Snyder was a four-year starter on varsity at Phillipsburg High School, a member of the Lehigh Valley Explosion (PA) softball program, and a part of the D2 Bloomsburg Club Softball team.
Snyder brings a fresh start with a new outlook and perspective to the RVCC softball team. Looking to overhaul the program with intentions to make RVCC a destination for the player-athlete development appeal. Success at the highest level possible for her players is her coaching mentality, and to best prepare each player for the next level.
Kait is from Phillipsburg, NJ where she attended Phillipsburg High School. She continued her academic career at Bloomsburg University to receive a BS in Exercise Science. She continued to grad school at Saint Francis University (PA), graduating with both a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and an MBA in healthcare management. Currently, she is a PhD student at Rutgers University in the Kinesiology and Applied Physiology program.
